Stainless Steel Welding Tuition

Our 2-hour Stainless Steel Welding Tuition is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience and practical skills in welding stainless steel. Each lesson is 2 hours long, and you will be welding under the guidance of a professional tutor. The course covers safety, equipment setup, welding techniques, and troubleshooting specific to the chosen welding method.

This course is designed to be highly practical, with very little theory work, so you will spend most of your time welding and learning by doing. By the end of the course, you will have a solid understanding of the chosen welding method and the confidence to tackle your own welding projects with stainless steel.

You will be using state-of-the-art equipment and will have access to a wide range of stainless steel materials. Our experienced tutors will provide you with one-on-one instruction and support to help you master the techniques and become a skilled welder.

You have the option to choose from 3 welding methods:

1. MIG welding - a semi-automatic or automatic welding process that uses a wire feeder to deliver filler metal to the weld pool while an electric arc melts the wire.
2. Stick welding - a manual welding process that uses an electrode that is coated in flux to shield the weld pool from the air.
3. TIG welding - a manual welding process that uses a tungsten electrode to create an electric arc and a filler metal to join the workpieces.

This course is perfect for anyone who wants to learn welding with stainless steel in a hands-on environment and is suitable for beginners as well as those with some welding experience.
